Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

ForecourtDesk ("we", "us") provides an aftersales complaint-handling service to used car dealers. This policy explains how we handle personal data, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

From dealers who enquire or sign up: your name, business name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your dealership.

When handling complaints on a dealer's behalf: the customer and vehicle information contained in the complaint (such as name, contact details, and details of the vehicle and the issue), only as needed to draft a response.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide the service, draft complaint replies on your behalf, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Data on behalf of dealers

When we handle complaints, we act as a data processor on behalf of the dealer (the data controller). We only process complaint data to deliver the service, keep it secure, and retain it no longer than necessary. A separate data processing agreement is provided as part of getting started.

Storage & security

Data is stored securely and access is limited to what's needed to run the service. We take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To make a request, email jordan@forecourtdesk.co.uk.
