Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms cover the use of ForecourtDesk's aftersales complaint-handling service. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

We draft suggested replies to customer complaints on your behalf and provide related support. We provide drafts and recommendations; you review and approve everything before it is sent. Final decisions and communications remain your responsibility.

Not legal advice

Our drafts and guidance are practical support, not legal advice. While we work to reflect relevant consumer law (such as the Consumer Rights Act 2014), you are responsible for your own legal obligations and should seek professional advice where needed.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and approving replies before they are sent, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for how you run your business and handle your customers.

Fees

The service is a rolling monthly subscription, agreed with you based on your dealership's size and volume. The first complaint is handled free. You can cancel at any time.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for outcomes arising from replies you approve and send, or decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
